Tami has been enthusiastically practicing dietetics for more than 25 years and is the founder and owner of Promise of Vitality. Her passion for Functional Nutrition emerged with completion of the Applying Functional Medicine to Clinical Practice course with the Institute of Functional Medicine. The IFNCP board certification has been an awakening and she is seeing nutrition and dietetics in a whole new light.
With Promise of Vitality, Tami sees clients via telehealth, and uses health and wellness coaching to help people find functional nutrition and lifestyle solutions needed to live a vital life. Tami passionately promotes the power of nutrition by presenting at a variety of symposiums and venues and contributing to multiple publications and websites. Tami currently serves as adjunct faculty at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester New York teaching the future healthcare professionals about coaching psychology and strategies for coaching healthy behaviors.
