I always loved athletics which led me to nutrition. But my love of culinary nutrition was a surprise when I had my first food science lab in college. I fell in love with learning how different ingredients changed a recipe. Combined with my love of gardening; I hope to share my passion for food and food preservation. I want to help more people enjoy their harvest year round, gaining an understanding of food science and nutrition along the way.
