Emily Camiener MPH, RDN offers a whole foods clinical practice in Michigan. She has been a full-time nutrition instructor at Schoolcraft College's Culinary Bachelor's program. Her functional and integrative nutrition practice dietdetroit, uses a food as medicine model to help people reverse and prevent chronic disease. Emily specializes in the plant-based diet, food allergy, and cardiovascular conditions. Her interest in nutrigenomics drives her new practice. She has spent the past 10 years consulting competitive athletes both collegiate and week-end warriors. Her consulting includes training chefs to work in healthcare and use food as medicine for their clients. She is also busy consulting on new food products in Detroit. In her spare time, Emily loves to work-out, cook, practice dance meditation technique, and hang out with family & friends.
