Camille is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and went on to earn her MBA at Dominican University’s Brennan School of Business in River Forest, Illinois. She completed her dietetic internship curriculum through Dominican University and John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago. During her dietetic internship was when she became interested in the functional nutrition approach, using food as medicine to treat chronic disease and achieve optimal wellness. Camille believes that food is not just fuel for our bodies, but also provides emotional as well as spiritual and community connection. She started her functional medicine practice with the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine in 2019, and prior to that worked in both the wellness industry and in inpatient clinical nutrition. Camille has special interests in women’s health, diabetes education, and culinary nutrition.
