Mary Beths’ personal health testimonies led her to specialize in the pioneering models of integrative and functional medicine and nutrition. Her recovery from more than twenty medical diagnoses led her to her professional specialty in Functional Nutrition. She can support any health challenges her patients have. Her core areas of full-body-systems practice are Food as Medicine, Functional Medicine and Nutrition; including common areas of microbiome and immune health, inflammation, body composition, metabolic health, mental wellness, building heart coherence, and trauma-informed care.
“I am humbled to work with people on their transformational health journeys, leading to the wholeness
and sense of purpose that we all desire and deserve. A healthy lifestyle journey needs to be personal, practical, sustainable, imperfect and naturally woven into a persons daily life.”
Mary Beth was among the first dietitians to complete training with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She has completed professional training with the following esteemed world-renowned professional programs: “Food as Medicine”, and “Mind-Mood Food” with The Center For Mind Body Medicine (CMBM); and is an “Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner”(IFNCP) with the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy (IFNA).
