Ashley Funk is the owner and founder of Food for Thought Nutrition LLC and a full-time clinical dietitian for a large primary care clinic. She has earned an Associates in Applied Science completing Culinary School, a Bachelor of Science and Graduate Certificate in dietetics at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She has been practicing as a dietitian for the last 5 years and as a food and nutritional professional for the last 16 years. She has developed a strong foundation in her culinary skill, combining the knowledge of her education allows her to provide practical, hands-on instruction for those who wish to improve their own health through positive meaningful habits and nutritious foods. Specializing in functional nutrition, culinary medicine, autoimmune and endocrine disorders.
