Hello! I value a collaborative approach on your journey to optimum wellness. My passion is to help my clients implement realistic & impactful changes with their nutrition to see them reach their personalized goals. I am a Registered Dietitian, graduate of Pepperdine University, & board certified Integrative & Functional Nutritionist. In addition, I'm certified for instructing Intuitive Eating & believe strongly in the innate wisdom of the body to give us cues for eating that are both preventative and healing. I was drawn to the concept of "functional nutrition" when a dear friend suffered from a rare auto-immune disease and nutrition played a huge role in her recovery. My father is also a Functional Medicine doctor which makes our dinner conversations quite interesting, often referring to the health of our guts! Currently, I work as the Nutritional Consultant for Point Loma Nazarene University and a Residential & Skilled Nursing facility in La Jolla, CA, where I also enjoy beach life with my husband & 3 very active daughters.
