Edward Dale Linkous

I have been a corporate chef for 15 years but have always been into fitness and nutrition. I have a culinary arts and business management degree from Johnson & Wales university which opened my eyes to new foods and creative cooking. Nutrition as always been a part of my life growing up admiring the fitness and bodybuilding era. I was a NPC competitive bodybuilder in your younger days where I learned the power of nutrition and how it can change the body. Ever since then I've strive to gain the most recent nutrition info to better my self and those around me. Then I fell in love with functional medicine and it's meaning. Truly healing from the inside out inspired me to learn and educate my self so that some days I could help others. After listing to many summits and lectures I figured it was time to peruse my passion. As a personal trainer, chef and nutrition expert I plan to start my own training and consulting business to help as many as I can!
