I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 30 years of clinical experience. My dietetic internship was with Harvard's Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and I am board certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. I have worked in inpatient, wellness, school and outpatient settings. I have had a private practice in Santa Barbara, CA for over 23 years. My main specialty areas have been adolescent and adult eating disorders, weight management, wellness and PCOS. My education with IFNA has helped me expand my expertise in women's health issues through excellent training in integrative and functional nutrition. This has allowed me to better serve the populations I have worked with for many years and also to extend my expertise to effectively serve those with digestive, cardiometabolic, detoxification, autoimmune, hormonal and mood related disorders.
