I counsel clients in a private clinical setting on topics including Diabetes, Weight Management (weight gain or weight loss), Prenatal and Maternal Nutrition, Cardiovascular Disease, High Cholesterol, Digestive Disorders, Auto-immune disorder and more. One of my biggest passion is to cook. Spending 9 months at Le Cordon Bleu, in Paris, I’ve learned about traditional French Cuisine. Using the best of both worlds, I use my culinary and healthcare background to motivate my clients and patients to keep their diet interesting and exciting at the same time. I believe that a healthy, balanced diet doesn’t need to be boring and plain, I love to modify recipes, and get creative in the kitchen.
