Gayatri Saldivar, MS, RDN, CLT, IFNCP is an expert in lab-based protocol design to help clients get to the root cause of their chronic fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, gastrointestinal, and autoimmune conditions. She utilizes the Kalish method and nutritional genomics in her practice, 23 Nutrition Therapy, to address imbalances at the cellular level. 

Gayatri founded the Functional Clinic Immersion Mentorship and mentors dietitians and dietetic interns, offering client education materials, note templates, clinic shadowing opportunities, case study support, and guidance in lab-interpretation and supplement protocols to support the gut-hormone-detox axis. Her mentorship extends to helping others establish their own cash-based functional nutrition private practices, focusing on long-term client retention.

Trained under Dr. Dan Kalish at the Kalish Institute, Gayatri’s approach is rooted in the functional biochemistry lineage of Dr. Richard Lord. Gayatri has been a registered dietitian nutritionist in California since 2017 and holds an advanced practitioner credential from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
