Jeanne Petrucci, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian, culinary nutrition educator, and founder of Living Plate Rx®, a clinical nutrition technology platform that empowers healthcare professionals with evidence-based content, digital meal-planning tools, and scalable practice resources. She co-developed Coping with Cancer in the Kitchen™ with the American Institute for Cancer Research, a program validated by a randomized controlled trial published in Nutrients Journal, and serves as a guest instructor at Teachers College, Columbia University, where she teaches culinary nutrition to graduate MS-RDN candidates. Her work spans private practice, digital healthcare, employee wellness, and academic education – united by a single conviction that culinary competency is the missing link between nutrition knowledge and lasting behavior change.
