Ashley Oswald, RDN, IFNCP, CLT, LD

Ashley Oswald is an experienced functional nutrition dietitian who has worked in the field of adult and pediatric functional medicine for nearly ten years. She has collaborated with pioneering physicians and complementary providers to gain valuable expertise.

In 2012, Ashley completed her dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, which is affiliated with Harvard University. Following her graduation, she began her career as a float dietitian, serving both inpatient and outpatient settings. Over time, she specialized as an ICU float dietitian and secured a position in a highly regarded ICU burn unit in Minneapolis.

After relocating, Ashley took on the role of a parenteral and enteral specialist with OptionCare in California. During this time, she had the opportunity to work alongside functional medicine providers through a shared client, which led her to accepting a position in their private practice.

In 2016, Ashley returned to Minneapolis and established Oswald Digestive Clinic. At her clinic, Ashley and her team assist clients in improving their digestive health and resolving gut-related issues. Additionally, they collaborate with companies that share a common goal of enhancing the health and well-being of communities.

Ashley’s expertise has garnered attention, leading to publications on prominent media outlets. She has also accepted a variety of speaking opportunities for medical professionals, students, and the wider public. Additionally, Ashley hosts regular functional nutrition gatherings aimed at educating and empowering individuals on their path to achieving optimal health.
